Warranty Policy For Sofa
What does it cover?
The Sofa Warranty Policy covers manufacturing/workmanship and material defects under normal household conditions which includes 1 years for frame, padding & mechanism & 1 years for fabric, cushion, foam, and sagging issues.

What does it not cover?
The warranty does not cover damages due to misuse, abuse, accidents, improper assembly, installation, or improper cleaning. No warranty covers upholstery, cushion covers, or seasonal variations in solid wood furniture. The product will only be replaced if it has a non-repairable manufacturing defect, and the warranty is non-transferable. A valid invoice is required to claim under this policy. Alterations or modifications after purchase are not recommended and will void the warranty. No warranty covers sofa leg damages occurring after 10 days of installation.


Cancellation Policy For Sofa

MTO Orders Cancellation Policy

Customer can cancel order and receive a full refund only if order is cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed. Customer can cancel orders for any specific reason and is eligible for refund if order is cancelled or request for order cancellation is raised within 24 hours of order placing.

Why No Cancellation option after 24 hours on Make-To-Order SKUs?

Make-To-Order (MTO) items are manufactured individually according to the customers specifications on sizes and shapes. To ensure delivery of the desired products in the shortest lead time, we start production on the day of order acceptance for standard shipping date orders. Hence, any changes or cancellation of order made after production has commenced would cause substantial disruption to the production and as a result incur significant costs.
